Restaurants in Waterville Valley, NH
I haven't been in many years, but William Tell used to be great!

One thing I do remember is that a couple of times when we stopped in for dinner in the fall, they were closed for weddings. So I'd make sure to call first.
Plus right at Waterville there were a couple of decent casual places then, but it has been a long time.
It is a great place to stay, and if your there for foliage you'll be very happy. They used to do great October fests there too.

Our first choice and favorite is Coyote Grill, which is inside the White Mountain Athletic Club just down the corner from the Golden Eagle. Nice appetizers, lovely entrees - well prepared, friendly service.
The Golden Eagle is located just above the Village - within sight and less than a 5-minute walk. Try the Diamonds Edge North, especially if you have a large group.
The William Tell that hummingbird mentioned has sadly seen better days. The last time we were there was around March, '06, and it was disappointing. This used to be a favorite of ours...in fact, we've driven up from RI solely to have dinner at the WT and then return home. The food was average, the prices higher than expected - all in all, nothing special. We haven't been back.
