Any recommendations in Munich for quality traditional German food and of course beer? Any hotel recommendations or best areas of town for both lodging and food/drink are welcome as well. Thanks for the help.

Don't go alone. They won't even let individuals into the tents. The best thing to do is to go as a group - it's the most fun anyway.
