La Casita Mexicana Throwdown with Bobby Flay

For all of you in the Los Angeles area who have always enjoyed the food and people at La Casita Mexicana in Bell, there will be an initial airing of Throwdown with Bobby Flay at the restaurant. It is airing tonight at 9:00 p.m. on the Food Network, with a repeat at 12:00a.m. and then on Saturday, July 26, at 4:00 p.m.

It should be exciting to see Jaime and Ramiro perform their magic on television, and let's root for them to win, in our own locale. We don't see too much from the Southern California area.

For those of you who have been thinking of going to La Casita Mexican, here is an opportunity to see the guys in action, their food, and their warm personalities.

I have been privledged to get to know Jaime and Ramior over the last few months, when we started going to eat there, and they are two of the nicest people in the food industry.

I would love to hear your thoughts.

  1. It was a great throwdown, I want to eat both Chile Relleno versions, they both look so good. Ramiro and Jaime were very good sports when they saw Bobby, and I like how down to earth they are. Now I can't wait to go to La Casita again, and eat some nopales.

Great show! Felicidades to La Casita Méxicana, and Jaime and Ramiro.

    2. I have been craving roasted stuffed poblanos (chili relleno) for days now. This episode only made me want them more.

      1. I'm glad that everyone enjoyed it, it repeats Saturday at 4:00p.m.
