Detroit Beach Restaurant has great pizza, but I don't know that I'd call it a nice sit-down restaurant.

That's a pretty desolate area. You could always head up to Monroe for some muskrat!

I don't know about "nice" but the only place I can think of is Chateau Louise which has huge burgers and is known for its perch. Another place to investigate, not in Luna Pier but close, is Joe.s French Italian. The "French" in the name has nothing to do with the food, which is serviceable red sauce Italian.
