It's at Pete's Produce in Westtown. Need I say more?

I picked up six ears--sold at Wolff's in Media...I think I paid close to $4.00...but it was worth it...I ate three ears at one meal...it's addictive!

It was at the Headhouse Farmer's Market in Philly today. I never heard of it before, but having seen this post, I got some. Very good! Seems like what some used to call Butter and Sugar corn.

I'm not a corn farmer, so I can't say for sure, but it's my impression that the term "butter and sugar" has become a more-or-less generic description of corn that has white and yellow kernels. Mirai is a specific variety of that type of corn. There are others, as well.
