Has anyone used Doughmasters baking pans?
I need to buy some new baking pans (I haven't been happy with the cheapies I've had since college). I have been doing some reading and am interested in what I've read about the Doughmasters baking pans with their unique finish. Has anyone tried these? If so, how has the performance been, in terms of release, browning, maintaining shape, etc.? Thanks,
Scott

i'm not familiar with doughmasters but i got my wife a full set of doughmakers;different size cookie sheets, round and square bake pans including some with lids,a pizza pan, loaf pans,a pie pan with the crust protector ring.she had here eye on them for a while so i sprang for the whole thing for christmas.she is quite pleased and she is very particular about here pans, believe me.

re: davmar77
Thanks Davmar. I meant Doughmakers but accidentally typed "Doughmasters" because I was looking on Metrokitchen.com and saw the Doughmakers and "CIA Masters Collection" and sort of mashed the two names together when I typed my post. LOL what a dope I am.
Anyway, thanks for your feedback. I checked out a Doughmakers cookie sheet at my local Sur La Table today and really liked the textured surface.
