Breakfast Recommendations from Phx to Sedona

I'm going to be heading to Sedona on Saturday morning from the Phoenix Airport. Any recommendations on where to get a great breakfast, perferably Southwest Cuisine? I am willing to take a detour for a great restaurant.

    I'm sure most people will agree that Richardson's is the best for New Mexican Cuisine and their breakfast is my favorite! I love the enchiladas with eggs. It's in Phoenix, 10 minutes North of the airport and very easy to get to.
