What was missing from it was perhaps the single ingredient I'd expect to find in yogurt: milk!!!! What the heck?? The ingredients: water, fructose, kosher whey, whey protein concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavorings and stabilizers, calcium, active yogurt cultures. Two points: 1) yes, I know that whey is derived from milk. It's used to produce ricotta and other products. But since when is it used for yogurt? 2) apparently, the name "Only 8" means "Only 8 ingredients." But how is "Natural flavorings and stabilizers" considered one ingredient? Isn't there basically a good part of a chemistry lab in that single listing? Perhaps they are fearful of lab testing that might uncover 9 or 10 calories per ounce.... If you eat 4 ounces of this stuff, then you've just consumed about 91 calories, not 32.
