We are headed up on Tuesday from Denver for lunch and the New Belgium tour. Besides Big City Burrito, what would be other tasty recs for lunch? Anywhere, any type of food - thanks!
A quick search would have revealed this recent thread:
Well, thank you for that courteous (yea right) tidbit of info. Yes, I did see that thread but it was primarily for dinner, not lunch, so I was looking for other suggestions.
You're welcome. I always try to help the helpless. By the way, the Pickle Barrel was mentioned in that thread twice.
for very casual lunch, the Pickle Barrell near campus makes sammies-of-the-gods.
Oh crud! I misspelled Barrel... what a dork!
We ended up going to the Pickle Barrel and it was SO incredibly good! I had the Christy's special (I'm vegetarian) and it was wonderful! Thanks so much for the rec, e_bone!
Choice City Butcher shop near the campus and off of College at Olive is very good. They are into some gourmet meats though so it may not be right for a veggie experience. I was wowed by their attention to detail and the selection.
