Late night delivery options?

Hi Chowhounds,

I'm looking for late/all night food delivery suggestions in Chicago. My sister is moving to the Chicago area to work for Michelle Obama for a few months. I expect she'll be working from 7:30 AM until 11 PM or later, every day and living somewhere near the campaign headquarters. So, it would be helpful for her to have a list of food delivery options for her to use when she comes home at night to crash.

Does anybody have recommendations for this sort of thing?

Thank you!

  1. Are the headquarters at 233 N. Michigan? An address is going to make it easier for people to respond to this request.

Good point rubinow. I'm not sure where their headquarters are, but she'll be living near the intersection of Division and N State Street.

    2. I work very close to the Michigan Avenue headquarters and, unfortunately, I often work late. Many choices in the area from the Italian Village to Hackneys and Edwardo's on Printer's Row to places in GreekTown. The location benefits from proximity to DePaul & Roosevelt's downtown campuses. Lots of other options if she can convince an intern to make a food run. Panera, Sbarro, Quizno's, Baci, Cosi and the terrific Epic Burger (open until midnight). Many, many more choices are available.

Also search grubhub.com for other places that deliver (many River North or MichiganAve. restaurants deliver with a reasonable minimum order, like Ben Pao or Jia's).

      1. Another option I use for late night is PingPong. Pretty decent Chinese with some healthier options than usual. The wonton soup and harvest chicken are pretty good and you can sub brown rice if you want.
