Best risotto in the Boston area?

Anyone have any suggestions about where to find the best risotto in this area?

The Franklin on Shawmut in the south end has the best seafood risotto.

Antico Forno was doing a Salmon risotto that was excellent.

It was one of the specials that night.

Tony Susi at Sage makes fantastic risotto. I crave his tomato and basil risotto.

I absolutely agree with the mushroom Risotto at Trattoria Toscano.. Zamir nails that dish. Also there is a little corner spot in the North end that does an amazing seafood risotto..the name escapes me but will check back

Recently had a fabulous mushroom risotto from the lunch menu at L'Espalier.

One of my favorite summer dishes at home is lemon risotto. Anyone doing that in this area?

I think the mushroom risotto at Trattoria Toscana is the best around these parts.

It has been a while but I have had good risotto at Prezza. I frequently pass on risotto or cous cous at restaurants because my favorite recipes take a bit longer to prepare than most restaurants can spend and I'm not certain many use anything but arborio rice. Not many use Carnaroli or Vialone Nano which I prefer - and I am particularly fond of Vialone Nano Pestelli which is corser and my favorite with dishes like Osso Bucco in bianco.

I had some excellent Risotto in Waltham which is not far from Boston at a restaurant called Il Cappriccio. It had fava beans, peas and asparagus. They also have a lobster and asparagus which is also wonderful. They have great food.
