Butchers in the Wilmington/Southport NC area

Does anyone know of any REAL butchers in this area? You just cant get the guys at the supermarkets to do anything for you

    Pine Valley Market: www.pinevalleymarket.com, and usually good luck at Harris Teeter in Porters Neck. Also Los Portales at 912 South Kerr.
