Best recipes from Dorie Greenspan's Baking From my home to yours

I just scored bigtime when I spotted this book at Marshalls for $7.99! I wanted this book when it first came out but held back knowing I don't use half the books I already have. So... besides making her famous World Peace Cookies, what other recipes are a "must try"?

      This is my favorite of DG's books. The thread that MMRuth linked here is a great one for getting an idea of what people love about the book, and the Swedish Visiting Cake that gets several mentions is truly delicious, and deceptively simple to make. As much as I like this cake, I actually prefer her apple version, which may not appear in the book (I can't remember now, it's been a while since I've baked anything).
