We are heading to Debordeui Beach next week and are looking for family friendly restaurants in the area. We have small children so they must be family friendly.
Thanks

In Georgetown, there are restaurants and cafes on the main street and there is a walk way by the water . Near the Rice Museum is an old style cafe with breakfast and lunch-can't think of the name even though I was there in June. You will recognize it by the plate glass windows and the look of it. At the Hammock Shops on Hwy 17 is Louis and his Fish Camp Bar. They have kid friendly food and there is a small playground beside the Fish Camp Bar. For more upscale you could try Frank's Outback at Pawley-you eat outside on the patio-inside is more formal. Anything in Murrell's Inlet will have a kids menu. Wish I were on my way there now

Hi. For a great meal with a river view, go to the River Room in Georgetown...really good and great for families. Also, try La Playa in Pawleys for Mexican. If you want to go pick up some great barbeque and take it home...go to Hog Heaven, just north of Debordieu on highway 17. Also in Pawleys, try Gator Krawls for breakfast or the Hanser House...both family friendly. Good luck.
