DH absolutely adores Sweetbreads, anybody have any suggestions where they might be served for lunch or dinner in LA/Santa Monica Area???

The flatiron steak comes with sweetbreads nuggets at Animal on Fairfax. Tasty. Went there two weeks ago with the bf and a college buddy, and the buddy and I flipped a coin for the last nugget.

They are on the menu as an appetizer at the Cafe Bizou in Sherman Oaks and Pasadena. They're lightly sautéed and served over a crispy potato galette with a balsamic reduction. I get it every time I go. Damn it... now I have to go there tomorrow.
