DH absolutely adores Sweetbreads, anybody have any suggestions where they might be served for lunch or dinner in LA/Santa Monica Area???
I searched the board, but pretty much only old posts about it....

Best Best Best: Craft's sweetbreads w/kumquats.
Go anytime but Sundays, Chef Matthew Accarrino's day off.

have you tried Marche Moderne in OC at the south coast plaza? I had it last week for the first time and it was very good.

Last time I had them, deep fried, at Comma Ca, that was more than a month ago, so you might want to double chek :>

The flatiron steak comes with sweetbreads nuggets at Animal on Fairfax. Tasty. Went there two weeks ago with the bf and a college buddy, and the buddy and I flipped a coin for the last nugget.

The website's not up yet, but here's a link to check back to:

They are on the menu as an appetizer at the Cafe Bizou in Sherman Oaks and Pasadena. They're lightly sautéed and served over a crispy potato galette with a balsamic reduction. I get it every time I go. Damn it... now I have to go there tomorrow.
