      <content>The flatiron steak comes with sweetbreads nuggets at Animal on Fairfax.  Tasty.  Went there two weeks ago with the bf and a college buddy, and the buddy and I flipped a coin for the last nugget.

      <content>They are on the menu as an appetizer at the Cafe Bizou in Sherman Oaks and Pasadena.  They're lightly saut&#233;ed and served over a crispy potato galette with a balsamic reduction.  I get it every time I go.  Damn it... now I have to go there tomorrow.
