Where can I find fresh octopus?

Anyone know where I can find fresh octopus to grill in a Greek style salad? Preferably in the Hollywood/Mid-city area but can travel downtown. Thanks

Greenland market on Sherman way and white oak has baby octopus very reasonable.also
The mini food court has a Chinese place that I really enjoy for their fresh made noodles in soup.the market is mainly Korean.

Thanks. A Grocery Warehouse on Sunset in Echo Park also has baby octopus. (I've never bought it.)

Santa Monica Seafood has frozen octopus.

I know you have already made your octopus dish, but for future reference, they carry frozen baby octopus at Fish King, in Glendale. I've used it for Greek-style grilled octopus and it works great.

I buy it at the Koreatown Galleria supermarket (Western and Olympic). They have fresh octopus and also frozen.

I'm interested -- is it ACTUALLY fresh, though, or is it frozen and thawed?

They have it fresh, and they sell it either whole or "by the tentacle" (they also have fresh squid). They also sell it frozen. But be aware that they don't carry fresh octopus every day, and when they do most often than not it's "by the tentacle". They tend to have more choice on Fridays and Saturdays (i.e domestic monkfish AND monkfish from Thailand, cod, fresh sardines, several kinds of mackerels, etc.). They have live fish and shellfish as well, and they scale and gut your fish if you ask.
As an aside, after several grilling and sauteing experiences, I noticed frozen/thawed gets better results if you like your octopus tender, not chewy.

If you go there check their frozen section, they have cod roe, baby octopus and a zillion other things.

Thanks for the tip. Went on Friday, no fresh but some frozen and some pre-cooked larger Japanese tentacle. Worked on the grill. Cheers.
