Anyone know what the state of affairs is these days with respect to introducing new street food to Toronto?

Now that it's summertime and sweltering hot in Korea, there are a lot of street stands selling pineapple slices, melon slices, and strawberries on a stick. This is in addition to all the amazing street food selection here like fresh fruit juices, korean pancakes, shellfish, meat sticks, sweet potatoes, ..... It would be cool to see Toronto have a lot more variety and competition in the street food market.
