Lakeridge in Round Lake - Anyone Been Lately?

financialdistrictresident Jul 18, 2008 03:21 AM

I've heard some good things about Lakeridge in Round Lake (in old Sweet Nothings building?). I did a search of this Board and it was mentioned in a 4/23/2007 thread. Anyone been lately? What was your experience? Suggestions? Thanks. fdr

We were there less than a year ago and were very pleased. I like the physical plant and the food was all good, great specials and we really enjoyed the wine list.

The food is good, but not in the same league as some of the other restaurants you've posted about.

Food, wine and service are always good. Pleasant place. Seems like a little more is now a la carte that might have been included before (used to get a nice house salad), now extra. Seems like the tab was a bit more than what I was used to in the past. Still recommended, but, as above, good, but there are better places around.

Thanks everyone. Ventured out to Carolina House in Kinderhook. The Inn at Erlowest is next on the list.
