I have a few favorite street vendors and I was wondering what percentage of vendors go away when the weather gets cold? I'd hate to be deprived of some of this food during the winter. But a lot of the Jackson Heights & Woodside carts either go away entirely for the winter, or skip the really cold days. The enclosed carts like Sammy's and the taco trucks tend to tough it out though.
