Brazilian Dessert

I've been invited to a dinner party where the host will be making a brazilian dinner; i've offered to make dessert and i'm looking for ideas.
any inspiration would be appreciated.

I had a great Brazilian flan that was a lot lighter than what I'm used to, same with a papaya creme I once tried. Or you could go richer with quindim or sweeter with brigadeiro.

Is sweet rice a Brazilian or Portugese dessert? It is really simple to make, delicious and is usally a big hit at parties.
