Birthday Lunch on Sunday - Woodbury/Southbury/New Milford Area??

Looking to take my Mother out for lunch for her Birthday on Sunday. Any kind of food works, moderately priced ($20 pp including drink). We'll be in the Southbury area, but are willing to travel for a good place.
Recommendations?

    CP's Good News Cafe - consistently good for over a decade.
    Fresh, seasonal - everything you could want.
    Without an alcoholic beverage, you'd probably be ok for lunch.
    Just go for it.

        A wonderful brunch is served at Woodward House in Bethlehem CT. Great service, spacious tables. Mom will like it. Alternately more casual is Carol Peck's Good News Cafe in Woodbury. Unusual food combinations so good if mom is on the adventurous side.
