Stowe Vermont Dessert Recipe
Looking for a recipe for "Crowning Glory" from Mr. Pickwick's @ Ye Old English Inn in Stowe VT. They keep the recipe a secret....Gourmet Magazine has requested it to no avail. It's a layer of oreo cookie crust, topped with a layer of chocolate brownie, then a layer of strawberry cream and the another layer of sweetened cream, topped with pecans and a chocolate drizzle. Served on a bed of strawberry coulis. It's amazing!! if anyone has ever successfully recreated it.....I'd appreciate it if you would share your recipe!!
