Stowe Vermont Dessert

Just had dessert at Mr. Pickwick's @ Ye Old English Inn in Stowe. It's called Crowning Glory...Oreo cookie crust, a layer of chocolate brownie, another layer of strawberry cream and another layer of sweetened cream, topped with pecans, drizzled chocolate and served on a drizzle of strawberry coulis....It was amazing. Gourmet Magazine has asked for the recipe but they're keeping it a secret. I'd love to try to recreate it at home. Has anyone ever attempted to recreate it? I'd appreciate any help.
