Arroz con pollo

Where do you go for your fix?

Bonus points if:

- they around 20 mins from downtown
- not chunks of chicken, but bone-in with skin

  1. Versailles has never let me down when it comes to arroz con pollo. It's bone-in (at least the last time I had it was). I think the closest location to Downtown is the La Cienega/Olympic location, but with no traffic (like that ever happens in LA) you could be there in 20 min.

    1. Lucy's El Adobe use to be my favorite. Not so much anymore.

      1. La Fonda Anteoqueno, Colombian style on Melrose.

        1. Baracoa in Atwater has it - well under 20 min from downtown. bone-in for sure
          3175 Glendale Blvd. Atwater Village

          1. My favorite is at a Cuban restaurant, El Criollo in Van Nuys--family owned for about 20 years. I think they only have it on Sunday.
