Anybody tried Mia's or the Blue Elephant in Saco maine ??
I enjoyed the Lily Moon cafe in Saco for both breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately it closed a couple of years ago. I understand that Mia's is now in their location and the Blue Elephant, which is also relatively new, is across the street. The Blue Elephant's prime business appears to be catering, but they also serve breakfast and lunch I believe. Has anybody tried either of these and if so what are your thoughts. Thanks !!

Had dinner at Mia's back in the winter and really enjoyed it. Atmosphere was very pleasant, seafood was wonderful, and service was attentive. Think I remember they had some type of patio, which would allow for outdoor dining at this time of yr. I reviewed it and will try to link here: www.chowhound.com/topics/483676 , if that doesn't work, try searching this board for Mias. It was pretty busy on the weekend nite that we went, so I'd definitely suggest resv. Think you'd like it.
Have not tried Blue Elephant tho.

We were visiting Maine last week and on our sixth straight day of rain, we stopped in at the Blue Elephant for lunch. The food was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised and I have not stopped thinking about the vegetable torte that I had. Great food, great prices, one of the few bright spots on our rainy vacation.
