what to do with leftover Turkey Tenderloin?

So I bought a honey Dijon marinated turkey tenderloin, it came with two of them in there. I know for a fact we will only eat half of one of them tonight.

Any suggestions on what to do with all the leftovers? (besides sandwiches for lunch)

my first suggestion would be a turkey salad...
chop it up, throw a little mayo in there, maybe some olives and bacon...

  I 2nd the salad, but how about turkey over mixed salad greens, or in a Cobb or Chef Salad.
