        <content>We're going to Granita for the 1st time a week from Sat. (5/3).
 
I've heard some good and bad comments about the menu items.  (Ahi tuna: Great, Salmon: so so).
 
Any tips from you 'hounds' as to your experiences, good and bad?

      <content>You *must* try the crispy potato gallette appetizer.  It's amazing.
 
I also like the chopped vegetable salad.  The monkfish, tuna and halibut entrees are good, too.  If you're in the mood for pizza, go for the spicy chicken or peppered shrimp selections.  The pasta entrees are ok...in my opinion, nothing special.
