I made a great bread in the bread machine, however, after slicing it (30 min later) the inside was still doughy, uncooked. Is there something I can do- perhaps wrap it in foil in the oven- if so what temp? any suggestions please help!
Bread is done when the internal temperature reaches 205 - 210 degrees
Use an instant read thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf to take the temperature.
I prefer to rely on the 205 degree temp. because it tends to gain a bit in temp. during the few minutes following it's removal from the oven.
