Vegetarian in Peru

I have 2 days in Lima, and 2 days in Cuzco. I'm a vegetarian. Anything I must eat? Anything I should avoid? Thanks!

I've been to Peru twice and in Cusco I go to a vegetarian restaurant called Greens, it's right near the Plaza, get the vegetarian burger (it's the best burger) and stay away from the Miso soup, and all the restaurants have pasta and check out the guide book Let's Go, they may give you more info on vegetarian restaurants.
