250 Bloom Gelatin

Does anyone know where a home cook can get powdered gelatin with a 250 bloom count? Knox doesn't know the count of the gelatin they sell (!), and McCalls only sells sheets. I'd like it for homemade marshmallows. The Knox works fine, but Joy of Cooking recommends the higher number. I live in Toronto, right next to Mississauga.

I joined only this morning, so humble apologies if this is the incorrect place to post. Thanks in advance for any help to a rank novice!

Gelatin sheets from McCalls will be fine, don't worry about the gelatin, you could even use powdered gelatin if you wanted, it turns out fine, just make sure you have a good recipe.
