Caterers on the East End of LI....suggestions?

I'm getting married next summer and will be hosting the wedding reception beneath a tent on a lawn leading to the Great South Bay near Bellport, Long Island. Just yesterday I was quoted $500+ pp by a caterer based in the Hamptons. The menu was fabulous (let's hope so!), but the price was just outrageous (we're looking for something about half that quote). We envision the food to be central to the reception, along with the music, so finding the right caterer (who can shuck clams & oysters with the best of them) is a must. Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks!

Look at the Vineyard in Aquebogue. Got married there in 2002. No complaints!!! Awsome staff
