Regional Spices

Are there any seasonings that are so localized to you that you have a hard time finding them when you travel? Examples : Old Bay Seasoning, Crab Boil, etc.. If so could people please post name brands and what the seasoning is. I am looking to collect different seasonings that you can't seem to get near me. (Boston Area)

My brother lives in Virginia and he tells me that he can't get "Bell" poultry seasoning down there, I can't imagine my stuffing without it.

Penzeys sells many custom blends mixes that can be quite regional.

There are of course ethnic seasonings that can be hard to locate (e.g. berbere, sumac, Szechuan peppercorns, etc.), but if we're going to stick to American seasonings, I find it hard to find celery salt where I am.

They make a great celery salt, very strong celery flavor, Szecuan pepper as well as a szechuan pepper salt

McCormick's Lemon Pepper seems to be hard to find in some areas - it's the not so secret ingredient in my mother's tuna salad.
