I read somewhere...maybe here, but I do recall someone saying it will change cuisine entirely, but keep the same name?? Strange, I know. I will try to find out where I go that info....

In today's Home News Tribune, there was an article about Nova Terra closing their New Brunswick restaurant in August. They want to cater to the tony Princeton crowd in their other restaurant. Probably pays better than the Rutgers college kids.

If I read the same thing you did, I think they were saying that the Terra Momo restaurant group is going to retain the rights to the name Nova Terra, not that the restaurant will keep that name.

In any event, it is going to be called Due Mari when it changes hands.

Bummer, but I heard the same thing (it's closing).

What about the supposed new Terra Momo restaurant in Kingston, Eno Terra? It sounded great when I first read about it (emphasis on local, seasonal foods, good wine), but they keep pushing back the opening date. Has anyone heard the latest?
