Recommendations for dinner in Reading PA

I will be in Reading tomorrow night and am looking for the best place to eat within a 10-15 mile radius.
Any cusine, any cost - it's the food that's important.
If there is somewhere that is particularly characterful, that would be a plus.

Judy's , Hong Thanh , Thai Cuisine . Those are my top 3 . I'll be the first to admit that haven't had the chance to look into " high end " dining in the area .

In Pennside, just east of Reading proper,there is a little place called Anthony's Trattoria. Good Italian, authentic-ish. He does a seasonal menu and has previously done eating tours of Italy.

We were disappointed by The Peanut Bar. I used to like The Crab Barn, but it has been years since I have been there. Very good ribs.
