    It used to be available in most supermarket dairy sections...is that not the case anymore?

      I'm pretty sure I've seen it at Costco, I believe they sell it in 2 packs. This was the Ajax location, I'm not sure they have the same stock everywhere.

        You can get it in the dairy case at every major chain. Look for a red container.

            It's usually hidden on the top shelf above sour creme/cottage cheese - you might only be a little bit blind :)

            BTW it is THE essential ingredient in the most wonderful cheese biscuit I serve at church and home, to raves. Will post the recipe now on the Home Cooking board to avoid the censorious eyes of the moderators here !

              Costco has the cheese in a 3 pack for about $10.00.
