Bham - Tuna Melt

Bring on suggestions for your favorite tuna melts in town. I was sorely disappointed with the one at V Richard's. The consistency was too finely mushed, I like a little bit of white tuna chunk thrown in with the more processed darker meat.

Thought about the one on the menu at Chez Lulu today but bailed in favor of the tarte.

I love the pan bagna at Chez Lulu. It's a great sandwich and there's a fair amount of quality (imported?) tuna in there. To me, the bread is one of the most important items in a sandwich, and the bread that comes out of Continental Bakery (adjacent; same owner) is first-rate.

Totally agree on the bread. I went next door and bought some bread and doughnuts to take home. Mmmm doughnuts.
