Looking for the best rabbit dishes in Center City, any recs? I heard Ansill, but don't see it on the menu.

  1. Supposedly it's very good at Kanella.

    1. Paradiso (not quite in Center City) does a rabbit cacciatore served on polenta, but their menu changes occasionally as well.

paradiso's rabbit is my favorite, hands down.

      2. My SO let me have a few bites of his rabbit dish at Southwark; it was delicious.

Le Bec-Fin's new summer menu has an excellent rabbit ballotine. The rabbit is boned and stuffed with foie gras and truffles. Then the rabbit is rolled and tied into a bundle and sauteed. The accompaniments are caramelized quince and roasted figs. The dish is finished with natural jus and a touch of lemon.

          1. The rabbit ravioli at Le Virtu were amazing!

Had it at XIX and it was very good, but not always on their menu.

            2. You should definitely try the rabbit pastilla at Zahav.
