5 burner gas stove oven
need a new oven and would like to know the benefits of a 5 burner

the model I am considering is a Frigedaire/Convection oven it has
GLGF386D
1 - 12,000 BTU Sealed Power Burner
1 - 16,000 BTU Power Plus™ Sealed Burner
1 - 5,000 BTU Sealed Burner Low Simmer
1 - 9,500 BTU Sealed Burner
1 - 9,500 BTU Sealed Burner

or a 4 burner oven
1 - 14,000 BTU Power Plus™ Sealed Burner
1 - 5,000 BTU Sealed Burner with 500 BTU Low Simmer
2 - 9,500 BTU Sealed Burners

My current oven has all 4 burners the same (its old) so I never had experience with different power burners.

The question is: Is the 5th burner useful do you recommend it.

please advice pros & cons

thanks,

I can't really think of any cons to having a fifth burner. When you don't need it it just doesn't get used. When you do need it, you'll be glad that it's there. There are times that I have had to feed large groups of people when I would have LOVED to have an extra burner available.
