Has anyone made the banana sorbet? I loved the roasted banana ice cream, and am curious about a comparison. And am considering making the sorbet with roasted bananas...

A few months ago, late spring, during the height of mango season, I made his mango sorbet (which includes a tiny bit of rum).

It was seriously good (though it did probably help that I had really good mangoes). Just remembering it makes me smile!

Tried the chocolate sorbet. I used Ghirardelli cocoa & bittersweet chocolate. It was extremely rich, too rich for our 9 year old. But with roasted peanuts I really loved it.
