my favorite brunch at joes let me down

had the crab was so salty,i tasted the salt for hours

  1. Did you mention the problem to your waiter or the Mgr.? I'm sure they would have been very nice about substituting something else or remaking you another crab hash. I am not a huge lover of Joe's, but their service has always been so eager to please and make anything wrong right, and I give them a lot of credit for that.

      I agree, I've had the crab hash a couple of times and it hasn't been overly salty in the past--definitely a problem that they should be alerted to and correct for you. I am a big fan of Joe's for brunch (although I don't think it's a good value for dinner).

        While nothing beats the live, in-person, plate-in-hand feedback for the kitchen, I suspect if you called them today and explained your disappointment, Joe's would make things right. They're a stand-up operation, if I've ever seen one.

        yes,i did speak to the waiter and he was more than happy to get me something else.i asked him if others had complained about the salt,and he said maybe one or two
