I made the trip out to 501 the other day only to realize this myself, so I decided to give Chau's in Manchester one last shot, my first two experiences where good, but not the mind blowing food experience that 501 is. Anyways... This time it was great, almost on par with 501. Plus it's a much much nicer place then 501, I really wish they would spend the $ to clean the place up instead of going on a month long vacation every year. (I'm not a fan of Pho Boston, I'll never go back)

so get this.. the other day, i was still craving pho so i went to pho boston.. ALSO CLOSED FOR VACATION!!!! WTF!?!?

so i went to pho 88 in hartford and had a nice bowl o' beef.
