Farm Stand in Western Suffolk?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a farm stand in Western Suffolk? I'd love to take a little drive, but not all the way out east. I know there's Farmers' Markets on certain weekdays, but I'm looking more for a little roadside stand.

Someone just told me there is an old family stand in Bethpage/Woodbury that they're been going for years, I googled and I think it is Meyers, it's their go-to farm stand as they live in Queens.
