pork shoulder question...
if cooking a pork shoulder early (2-3 hours), once it's done & shredded, can it sit on low in a slow cooker or should it go in the fridge for an hour & be heated back up? can it get overcooked? It was originally cooked in the oven, not slow cooker

If you're doing pulled pork, 2-3 hours is not nearly enough if you're going low and slow. It's hard to overcook -- my husband typically cooks them for 8-12 hours on the smoker, and then warms in a low oven the next day for a bit BBQ if he's also doing ribs.
