Where is the Amazing Coffee in Southern VT?

In addition to eating on our visit to the area, we need good (fresh and strong) coffee at least in the morning each day.

Are there any local/artisanal "must try" coffee shops in the Brattleboro/Putney/Newfane area?

We am excited to visit and always try to find amazing local coffee experiences (both brewed and expresso-based - but real coffee, not fancy flavorings or whipped cream or caramel, etc.) while traveling.

Local roasters would be ideal, but any place that's not a huge chain would be appreciated.

I second Mocha Joe's. It's to die for coffee. You can get it directly from Mocha Joe's on Main St in downtown Bratt. Also the Front Porch Cafe in Putney serves Mocha Joe's coffee and has fantastic Sunday brunches.
