Anyone know of some good places (no chains) to grab a weekend breakfast in Fairfax?

  1. The 4 P's in Falls Church has a great Sunday brunch. I hear Chutzpah across from Tysons has a good breakfast. It's a chain of two, the other is near Fair Lakes. There's a new place in Merrifield called PastryXpo that sounds good:

4 p's not open until 11 am. Where to go on the way to work for a real full breakfast, that's not a chain?

    2. If you headed East on 50 to Nutley, Pan Am Family Restaurant, in the Pan Am center puts together a good honest breakfast. Amphora in Vienna isn't too much further on from there as another option for you.

For the OP it'd work. For you, Amphora is open 24/7, but it's also a sit-down. Isn't there a Manhattan Bagel in Vienna (again Vienna, not FFX)?

          Or like Meg rec'd, Chutzpah.

Great suggestion. Love their breakfast burritos and enchiladas.

        2. Artie's is good. Not really a chain, but part of a restaurant group. The Sunday brunch at Temel is very good. It's middle eastern with western items as well.
