Korea Way Midtown

Hello All,

I just started working in Midtown and want to check out some places on "Korea Way" which is basically 32nd and Broadway.

Alot of places have clippings and good ratings in the windows but they all seem to be old...I have no preferances just anything good recs!

Thanks for your help!

And it doesn't have to be just BBQ!

Thanks, I saw it and checked out e-mu today. I enjoyed it! Also I never saw before on 32nd between 5 and broadway was a decent sized Korean Grocery. I don't know if its relatively new but had lots of good things.

I'll let others chime in on the BBQ restaurants, but if you want to get a taste of different Korean items, Woorijip has a steam table lunch along with prepared foods in the refrigerated section. You can try many types of banchan along with broiled mackerel, japchae, spam jigae, daegujeon or okay bulgogi. Soondae is okay, kimbap pretty good. Pork belly in the back or occasional on the steam table is also a good bet.
