Bartenders with flair?

After watching the bartending competitions (with the bartenders spinning the bottles and juggling them etc,) on The Food Network, I would love to go to a bar and see a 'live performance'. Does anyone know of any such bartenders in Manhattan?

      The bartenders at Little Branch do a little bit of that, but nothing really over the top. The bartender with the faux-hawk/samurai haircut is usually the more interesting one.

            I don't think Brian is there any more I believe his son is running the place now. Time sure does fly.
