Plymouth - breakfast

I'm arriving in Plymouth on the overnight train from London. Any recommendations for a good breakfast such as a great greasy spoon or something more upmarket?

Thanks in advance.

If Ivor Dewdney's Pasties is open that early, you could always start the day with an excellent pasty (especially if it's cold and wet).

It's at 99 Cornwall Street in the centre of town.

We arrived early for the ferry and found a couple of decent cafes on the seafront. From memory they are around Maderia Road/Hoe Road/Grand Parade. I tend to remember the location more than the food - right on the seafront overlooking the bay. - sorry can't remember the names.
