Sunday Business Lunch nr Loop

I need to find a "masculine" place for a Sunday business lunch - not brunch.

Every place I am looking up I am finding no Sundays or only brunch - I thought Zagat had a "Sunday" filter but I am not seeing it.

Any thoughts? We are staying at the Mag Mile Marriott but can take taxis within a mile or two.

It's not entirely clear from the website but it looks as if Lockwood (Palmer House) serves lunch after 12:00 on Sunday:

Just read another Chowhound's review of Cafe de Architects at Sofitel and it triggered my desire to go back there. They have a great breakfast or lunch everyday. Don't know about your crowd, but I love breakfast food at all times and they have phenomenal pastry. Their other meals are likely very good also though.

For straight up lunch try any of the steakhouses. They usually offer brunch but can usually cook up everything on the menu. We often watch football at Ditka's on sundays (which is where I draw the rec from).

Joes Seafood, Prime Steaks, and Stone Crab.

even thought the stone crab is out of seaon, Joe's is old school and their beef is some of the best in the city.
