Gyenari in Culver city for sale already

Does anyone know anything about Gyenari - Korean restaurant that has yet to open in downtown Culver city that's now for sale for over $7 million?

In this current economic climate, I would not expect Gyenari to survive; the land sale may be the first shoe to drop. There are already too many other superior eating options in the immediate area: Fraiche, Rush Street, M Cafe de Chaya, and Tender Greens.

I think Ford's may be in danger also. The place has celeb appeal; but the food is overpriced. Ben's last place, Chadwick, went under I think during an economic downturn also.
